Shipping policy
Delivery area: we ship to all countries of the European Union. Orders are dispatched from our workshop in Schnals (South Tyrol, Italy).
Shipping costs (incl. VAT, calculated by the weight of your order):

The exact shipping cost is shown in your basket and at checkout before you complete your order.
Delivery times: items in stock usually leave our workshop within 1–2 working days; delivery then takes a further 3–5 working days. Handcrafted pieces are made only after your order – depending on the work involved, please allow the following production times:
- smaller commissions (e.g. pillows, tealight holders, lanterns): approx. 2–3 weeks
- more elaborate lathe work (e.g. bread boxes): approx. 8–16 weeks
- furniture and large Swiss pine lamps: approx. 10–16 weeks
We will confirm the exact delivery date by email once your order has been received.
Collection: on request you can collect your order free of charge from our “Ladele” shop in Karthaus (Mon–Fri 9:00–17:00, Sat 9:00–12:00). Select the “Collection” option at checkout.
Transport damage: please check your parcel on receipt. Please report any obvious transport damage to us promptly at l.metzdorff@schnalsersaege.com – your statutory rights remain unaffected.
